Tina Lee, INHC, LMBT

I'm a Wilmington native who takes great pride in working with women who struggle with recognizing and nurturing themselves.  I use a holistic approach to work through layers that could possibly be keeping you from being who you were created to be and to help you re-connect with your individuality.  My intention is to continue to seek my  authenticity, embrace my true value,  live a healthier life and to inspire other women to do the same.

My journey started 25 years ago...

I was employed at a local rehabilitation hospital working as a Physical Therapy Technician.  I had the pleasure of working with a dynamic group of therapists and other healthcare professionals who encouraged me to pursue a career in health and wellness.  In 2002, I received a certification in Therapeutic Massage from Miller-Motte Technical College.  My specialties included: Therapeutic Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Aromatherapy and Integrative Reflexology.  Soothing Touch Therapeutic Massage, currently known as Tina Lee Wellness, opened 15 years ago and it continues to be a successful wellness practice.  In 1994 before my grandmother's passing, she planted this seed into my heart.

While providing Therapeutic Massage services for 11 years, I felt my vitality being compromised physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Despite my own insecurities, I decided to take a leap of faith to value and embrace my own true essence.  Emotional feelings of low self-worth and physical issues such as inflammation, insomnia and pre-diabetes appeared.  After much prayer and meditation, I enrolled at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition and became a Certified Integrative Health Coach.  This allowed me to give myself permission to seek more of my  true essence.
