Health, Wellness and Self-Development Coaching Tidbits

Hi Loves!

April 10, 2017

Good Evening Loves!

My name is Tina Lee and I'm a wellness coach and a massage therapist.  This is my first blog entry and I sure do have plenty to share...As I travel through my journey that was created for me, I came up with the idea of designing a t-shirt "Uniquely Me".  I was so excited about wearing it!  We are all created equal but differently.  Are you familiar with the saying "Be yourself, everyone else is taken." Wow...isn't that a powerful statement?!  As young girls,  we begin to compare ourselves to others and wishing  we were as pretty or as smart as the next girl.  I developed a signature wellness program called "Seeking Truth and Creating Happiness!" and it is derived from my personal thoughts of how I struggled with true value and authenticity. My intention is to continue to love, respect and value myself so that I may help other women to do the same.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

April 13, 2017

I grew up in a household that encouraged me to do my very best and more.  It became a part of my character and still is today.  When I came to the conclusion that changes needed to take place in order for me to live a more healthier and productive lifestyle,  I had to shift my mindset.  Too much of anything is not good!  I started seeking balance and harmony and I must say it's working pretty darn well. I saw this sign and I couldn't get it in my buggy quick enough.  It's a visual reminder that I see daily, "Strive for progress, not perfection."  Create short, attainable goals.  In the event that you make a mistake, "don't be so hard on yourself", begin the process again believing that you will achieve it!

How do you relax?

Sun,., April 23, 2017

Since I have  become a business owner, relaxing  is something that has become challenging for me to do.  I had to take ownership of what relaxation means to me.  I love thrift shopping, decorating, making gift baskets and watching a good comedy and love story . Relaxation to me also means meditating with essential oils.  My husband likes to play golf, fishing and working out in the yard.  Everyone is different and my advice to you is to get to know your own specific need and wants.  You would be surprised what you would discover about yourself. Make it a priority to carve some time out for yourself!

I love essential oils!

April 30, 2017

I remember when I was first introduced to essential oils.  It was one of my first massage therapy classes and I have been in love every since.  Immediately after graduating from massage therapy school, I purchased my first aromatherapy book and dug in!  I have used essential oils for over 10 years in my therapy and wellness coaching sessions.  It's just an added benefit that tickles my heart when I see my clients indulge.  I wore my aromatic bracelet on this past Saturday.  I smelled like "Endoflex" mostly the entire afternoon.  It's one of my favorites which helps to support brain fog, thyroid and adrenal gland function.  Fun scents like spearmint, clary sage, geranium, myrtle and chamomile!

Purging your thoughts

May 15, 2017

I don't make time to write in my journal everyday.  When I get around to it,  I like to surround myself in a calming and soothing environment.  The entry may be a one word mantra, paragraphs or even pages long.  Once I'm done, it gives me a feeling of confidence, self-discovery,  acknowledgment and truth. My entry for today is: "What's my big dream?" Well, gotta go!
